Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of AIIRLIVAS is established to systematically monitor,
evaluate, and enhance the overall quality of academic and administrative processes in the institution.
The cell functions as a key mechanism to ensure continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence
in teaching, learning, research, and institutional governance.
The IQAC works closely with all departments, committees, faculty, and students to create a culture
of quality consciousness and performance-driven development. It serves as a central coordinating
body to implement quality initiatives in line with institutional policies.
Objectives
- To develop and implement a quality culture across all academic and administrative activities.
- To plan, monitor, and evaluate institutional policies, programs, and initiatives.
- To facilitate continuous improvement in teaching, research, and learning outcomes.
- To ensure effective implementation of NAAC recommendations and quality benchmarks.
- To promote stakeholder participation, feedback mechanisms, and transparency in institutional functioning.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordinating internal and external academic and administrative audits.
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from students, faculty, and stakeholders for quality enhancement.
- Designing and monitoring action plans for improving curriculum delivery, teaching methods, and research activities.
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs to strengthen quality awareness and skills among faculty and staff.
- Preparing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and submitting it to NAAC or other regulatory bodies.
- Recommending strategies to improve academic performance, student support, and infrastructure.
- Encouraging innovative practices, research initiatives, and collaboration with external agencies.
